Welcome to Epebu. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Epebu platform and its services (the “Platform”). By visiting, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Epebu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, databases, and the underlying structure—is owned by Epebu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content without express written permission from Epebu. Trademarks and service marks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing herein grants you ownership of any content or rights beyond the limited license described above.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Platform presents app listings that are hosted on Google Play. Epebu does not host the app binaries, nor does it control Google Play’s policies, updates, or terms of service. Links or references to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service, including Google Play, is governed by that service’s terms and privacy policies. Epebu does not warrant the safety, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party sites, content, or services. When you select an app listing, you may be redirected to Google Play to install or download the app; this action is governed by Google Play’s terms and privacy policy, not these Terms or Epebu’s policies.

4. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EPEBU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS. EPEBU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL EPEBU OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
